Philantrophy
Alpha Chi Omega's national philanthropy offers awareness, prevention, education and assistance to victims. In our efforts to support our philanthropy we have partnered with The Center of Hope and Safety. A local women's shelter and advocacy organization. Several Beta Chi members decide to go through advocacy training.

This award is given for outstanding achievement in various areas of chapter programming.

Outstanding Volunteerism
A huge congratulations to our VP Philanthropy Abby Sabo for all her hard work & dedication. Abby put on Beta Chi's first Pizza Pie Event, and has encouraged the chapter to become even more involved. She interns at the D.A.'s office and has gone through a similar training program as our advocates.
Events
ACAPELLA NIGHT
AXΩ annually hosts "A Cappella Night," an evening filled with amazing performances by A Cappella groups from all over Oregon. All proceeds benefit Center of Hope and Safety; and the event is open to the public.
PIZZA PIE WITH ALPHA CHI
The Beta Chi chapter successfully launched it's first Pizza Pie event in April in recognition of sexual assault awareness month. Slices of pizza were sold for $1, all and all recipients were entered in a raffle. We made close to $700, all of which went to the Center of Hope & Safety.
HEALHY RELATIONSHIPS WEEK
Every February, during Valentine's Day Week, AXO Nationally tables around individual campuses. The Beta Chi chapter tables to inform campus what we do for our philanthropy, spread awareness about sexual assault on campus, and participates in the "Love is" campaign.
